My company uses GroupWise which is an excellent tool. However, email flows into my mailbox all day long. I have successfully deactivated the email notification. However, GroupWise still shows the number of unopened emails next to my inbox icon, just begging me to open it. Even though I would like to simply shut down GroupWise until I'm ready to check my email, I keep it open all day long to refer to my calendar and task lists.
