Last week, Tom Crane - the author of "The Heart of Coaching" - spent a week with the 370 members of CaribHRForum's discussion list.

While working with a client, I had the problem of trying to publicize an organization chart that was constantly in flux as the company re-organized itself.  PowerPoint was simply not the answer.

I stumbled across a programme that would allow for some critical interactivity, including the possibility of doing a key word search.  The programme is truly innovative, and it's called OrgChart Profesional.

If your company is undergoing a re-organization, I'd consider it a must-have tool for communicating the changes as they occur. Try dong that in PowerPoint! .
